hello hello and welcome back to my
weekly Vlog today we’re doing a what I
eat in the day because on every 1 of the
month I release a new recipe book and I
want to do a little Vlog with you to
show you some recipes that you can find
in the book and just show you how simple
easy and tasty my recipes really are as
a holistic nutritionist and someone who
works with nutrition clients I know that
the hardest thing is to figure out what
to freaking eat right I don’t know about
you but I don’t want to spend hours in
the kitchen like I actually do not I
like to enjoy my life and not just spend
weighing everything and spending hours
just meal prepping and stuff right I try
and make very simple recipes that are
super super nourishing again easy and
they taste freaking so good so you can
check that out on my website I’ll link
it below for you with that being said
we’re going to make some recipes
together today we are going to make some
pancakes for breakfast we’re also going
to make uh we’re going to meal prep
actually together a lunch it’s like a
Tempe tofu salad like it’s going to be
so good I’m going to call it like the
the goddess green salad cuz there’s just
so much green in there and just so many
nutrients I cannot wait to try it and to
show you how I make it as well and then
for dinner we’re making something super
quick because I already have chicken
prepared in the fridge we’re going to
make some sort of pasta veggie Dish as
well so stay tuned for all of these
recipes and I’m going to show you also
like how I fill in the blanks with some
snacks and just help me again get all my
protein in for the day and everything
like that just so you know my current
Fitness go so that you can see like kind
of like how I’m eating but also I do
typically eat like this all the time
because I do like to feel good in my
body and if you know me my motto is eat
how you want to feel right choose foods
based on how you want to feel in your
body so the majority of the time I do
eat very nourished balanced meals
because your girl likes to feel good
right I also deal with BPD which is
borderline personality disorder so for
me having nourishing meals is super
crucial for my mental health as well all
right I am hungry so let’s go make some
pancakes and let’s do it together let’s
go

all right so we had to run to the store
because we didn’t have any parchment
paper to cook our tofu and our Tempe so
we’re just going to swap out meals today
I’m going to have my pasta for lunch and
then I’m going to meal prep so I can
have that for dinner so I already have
my chicken made I made this uh yesterday
no the day before yesterday all I did
was Cube my chicken and I tossed it in
the oven I didn’t add any spices or any
sauces at all so it’s just plain which I
do like to do often that way I can add
it to any meal so right now I’m going to
peel apart the chicken so it’s kind of
like a pulled chicken I’m going to toss
it in some pesto and I’m going to add
that with my pasta I’m going to sauté
some spinach and then top that off with
Parmesan and some pumpkin seeds for some
extra protein and healthy fats so let’s
get to it because now that I’ve set it
got me really hungry so let’s get to it

God that was like a one of the quickest
meals I have ever freaking made and
honestly this was all by fluke I was
like okay I got spinach I got chicken I
got pest like so easy so easy as you saw
it literally took me like 15 minutes the
thing that took the longest is literally
the pasta what I didn’t show you guys is
I did tear apart my chicken and then I
mixed in a tablespoon of pesto and then
I just added that to my spinach I just
wanted to warm it up crisp the chicken a
little bit you know and then I added it
all with the pasta topped it with some
parm and some pumpkin seeds pumpkin
seeds are actually very high in protein
and they are really really good source
of zinc and fat so I love adding pumpkin
seeds into my salads into my bowls
pastas even add that little like crunch
so super super good you can even add
them in to the sauteed spinach and
chicken to like crisp up a little bit
too I should have done that next time
anyway so meals like this you can find
in my recipe book again because your
girl just doesn’t love spending so much
time in the kitchen right so anyway
we’re going to get some work done and
then I’ll meet you in the kitchen and
we’ll make some dinner together

all right so we’re finally done cooking
for the day so as you just saw I made
this delicious like hly it’s vegan but
it’s not cuz I put parmesan cheese on
there but as you could see I put loads
of veggies loads of protein plantas
protein as well as par which is not
vegan so you can eliminate that if you
are vegan but I went with the raw
broccoli because I want to get more
nutrients in my body I feel like I’ve
been lacking on something and the more
you add heat to your vegetables the more
it actually kills the nutrients so I
went with raw broccoli this time I got
my cucumbers my arugula I got my edomi
beans tofu and Tempe Tempe actually is
like has probiotic properties to it
because it is fermented make sure to
always cook your Tempe you really need
to make sure of that tol you can have
raw but uh but Tempe you definitely have
to cook it because it is fermented okay
but yeah so I marinated that as you saw
so just lightly marinated it and then
yeah I just finished off with my
favorite dressing you can add absolutely
any dressing that you would like I was
going to make it to heene dressing but
truthfully I was just like I had enough
in the kitchen like I said I like my
meals nice and simple so I chose a
favorite dressing of mine and just
called it quits for the day so we’re
going to go and do some work and then
we’re going to enjoy this because we
literally just had lunch this meal
honestly only took me about 20 minutes
to make so super nice and easy and again
I was talking to one of my clients this
morning and she she was saying how like
well she feels when she’s prepared when
it comes to meals and I was like oh my
God I feel you because I had nothing
cook today I had no groceries um so I
had to go do all of that and meal prep
and I feel like so much less stressed
because now I’m less likely to like eat
whatever I’m less likely to skip a meal
which you know today was kind of hard
for some odd reason but I just wasn’t
sticking to like the timings of my meals
so tomorrow we’re going to do better
we’re going to do better tomorrow but
now we’re prepared right we got some
meals ready for tomorrow some snacks let
me know in the comments if you want to

like more like meat product or whatever

all right so that wraps up another what
I eaten a day the only thing that I
didn’t show you is the snacks I had
however I didn’t actually have a snack
throughout the day I did have a little
night cap which I will pop it up here
for you these are some new popsicles I
decided to try it does have some Boven
in there which for me I don’t eat beef
so I just wanted to try it anyway
because I mean it sounds pretty cool
like a collagen chocolate freaking
popsicle right so anyway I tried one
last night for the first time and it was
so freaking delicious I don’t like
something that’s like too overly sweet
I’m just not big on like too much sugar
if you will I just it’s just not for me
so these are not actually that sweet it
doesn’t taste like too much like a
fudgicle in the sense of it’s too choc
anyway it’s just actually really good so
this is going to be like a little like
treat every once in a while when I need
that extra protein in cuz it does have
about I think 12 g of protein which is
super super great and then I also
finished off the night with this magn
iium tarte Cherry mocktail which is
really beneficial to help you sleep at
night the tarte Cherry actually acts as
like a natural like melatonin which
helps you sleep and then the Magnesium
also just helps calm you down and all
that kind of stuff so it has really
great benefits for you so I’m really
enjoying these mocktails anyway so that
is basically everything that I ate in a
day got my three meals that I made with
you and then that little snack and that
tarte cherry mocktail which is fantastic
anyway that is what I eat in a day and I
hope you really enjoyed it oh before I
forget those pancakes are so freaking
good tastes so freaking delicious anyway

I find for me one of the biggest things
in my health and fitness journey if I’m
able to like have fun in the kitchen and
look forward to my meal meals I find it
way easier to stick to something as
opposed to just being like Oh I’m eating
chicken rice and broccoli every day
right so like getting into the habit of
meal prepping and just getting yourself
a little bit more organized you can make
really delicious meals see progress feel
good in your body and just like crush
your goals anyway that is what I want
