Karuppu Kavuni Arisi was once forbidden for for Commoners. It so healthy, good for heart, prevents type 2 diabetes. Kanji is one of the easiest way to include this in our diet often. Kanji powder can be prepared and stored for a month. Try this for breakfast!

Ingredients:
Karuppu Kavuni rice (or) Black Rice- 1 cup
Pepper-1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds- 1.5 tablespoons.
For Kanji :
Kanji powder- 1/4 cup
Water- 1.5 cups( 6 times)
Salt- 3/4 teaspoon
Curd- 1/2 cup
Onion- 1
