Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Ginger (julienne cut) 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/4 – 1/2 tsp
Diced mangoes (ripe, peeled) 2 Nos
Thinly sliced onion 1/2 No
Diced cucumber (small, without seeds) 1 No
Diced bell pepper (green, red) 1 No
Fresh basil (sliced) 1/2 cup
Sweet Potato Salad/ Shakkarkhand Chaat
Coriander leaves a few sprigs
Mint leaves a few sprigs
Green chilli 2 Nos
Garlic cloves 3-4 Nos
Boiled sweet potato (medium sized) 5-6 Nos
Finely chopped onion (medium) 1 No
Salt to taste
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Crushed pepper 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp
