SANDWICH is such an easy option when it comes to prepare a QUICK MEAL. You need two bread slices & a good stuffing , that’s it.

YES, SANDWICH IS HEALTHY if you are using bread with whole grains or sprouted grains or SOURDOUGH BREAD, like I have used bread from “SilverHills” brand for my WHIPPED PANEER SANDWICH & CHANA SANDWICH & Sourdough bread from “Rudolph” brand for PANEER & VEGGIES SANDWICH. You can use fresh bakery sourdough bread as well.

NO, SANDWICH IS NOT HEALTHY if you are using MAIDA BREAD or Breads with low whole grains ingredient & the stuffing has a lot of mayo & other high sodium sauces in it. It will give you fat & carbs , that’s it. And you won’t feel full as well.

REMEMBER ONE THING FOR WEIGHTLOSS SANDWICH/Weightloss Lunch – Your meals should be high in Protein & low in carbs to make you full.
