I am an absolute liar if I told you I
never have sweet Cravings I have a huge
ass Sweet Tooth and I love sweets the
best strategy I use is avoid buying
anything sweet but time to time when I
feel like I try to fit it into my daily
calorie limits on the other hand I make
it healthy like in this case I’m
avoiding eating cereals because they’re
super high in carbs instead I’m using
high protein high fiber seated bread
this has 7 G of fiber 13 g of protein
and about 7 G of cups with some crunchy
CD peanut butter that’s got 1.5 G fiber
and 6.5 G protein and some healthy fats
and some Golden Honey now honey is way
better than sugar although calories wise
it’s pretty similar while honey contains
more vitamins minerals and antioxidants
such as calcium potassium vitamin C zinc
phenolic acids and flavonoids now icing
