this is what a full day of eating looks
like as a hybrid athlete or fit girl who
runs and lifts this morning I had a run
so I started off with a little pre-run
snack sweet cottage cheese on rice cakes
with honey then after my run I’m
normally starving so we had a second
breakfast full of carbs chocolate chip
waffles with some strawberry then for
lunch I like a quick and easy meal so a
homemade poke bowet is then for dinner I
was craving Mexican food so I made these
steak tacos let me know if you guys want
to see the recipe for this and what’s
the fun if you can’t have dessert at the
end of the night so we’re having a hold
