Ingredients

Pinwheel Sandwich:

• 4 Wheat Bread Slices

• 2 tbsp Butter
• 3 tbsp Coriander Chutney
• 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
• 1 tsp Chaat Masala
• 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
• 4 tbsp Carrot
• 1/2 cup Boiled Potatoes
• 4 tbsp Cheese
• 1 cup Spinach

Jaggery Pancake:
• 1 cup Jaggery Powder
• 1 tsp Powdered Cardamom
• 1/2 cup Coconut
• 2 cup Wheat Flour
• 1 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Ghee
• 1 cup Strawberries

Method

Pinwheel Sandwich
1. Take few bread slices and flatten it with a rolling pin.
2. Apply some butter on it along with coriander chutney.
3. Add shredded carrot and then Repeat the same procedure again by adding grated cheese.
4. Another layer of bread, place slices of boiled potatoes on it with spinach, grated cheese, cumin powder and chaat masala.
5. Place the whole sandwich on a butter paper, roll the sandwich in the paper and then refrigerate it for about 15 minutes.
6. Remove it from the fridge and then cut slices in spiral form.
7. Ready to Serve with any sauce of your choice.

Jaggery Pancake
1. Take a big bowl, add cups of wheat flour, jaggery powder, desiccated coconut, powdered cardamom and mix it all together with a spoon.
2. Pour in a cup of milk and whisk it well. Add some more milk in the bowl and Whisk it again.
3. Now take a pan, polish some ghee and then add in a ladle full of batter.
4. Cook on both sides until golden brown.
5. Take it out on a plate and drizzle some honey over it.
6. Garnish with strawberries and Serve it hot.
