Ingredients for Hearty Grains Soup:
1 Cup broth mix
6 Cups of vegetable broth or chicken broth if desired
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Celery stalks, diced
1 Carrot, diced
2 Green chilies, diced
2 Small shallots, diced
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 Cup tomato puree
1/2 Lime
Salt and pepper to taste
A handful of coriander leaves, finely chopped
(or any herbs of your choice)
Garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies

1 Small baguette, cut them into slices as desired
1/4 Cup Butter, softened
2-3 Cloves of garlic, minced
