Tocanita de ciuperci
cu mamaliga
ingrediente
mix de ciuperci
patrunjel
2 cepe
1 ardei capia
2 lingurite usturoi pudra
1 lingurita curcuma
1 lingurita piper
2 cuburi de legume
2 linguri de amidon de porumb
taiati ceapa
taiati ardeiul
pregatiti ciupercile
folositi acest instrument
pentru un rezultat bun
curatati ciupercile
indepartati partea maro
taiati ciupercile felii
Prepararea sosului
1 L apa fierbinte
cuburile de legume
dizolvati bine
puneti deoparte
2 linguri de amidon de porumb
7 linguri de apa rece
omogenizati bine
incorporate amidonul in baza calda de legume
adaugati turmericul, usturoiul si piperul
amestecati si ferbeti 5 min la foc mediu
puneti deoparte
incalziti tigaia la foc mediu
puneti ulei de masline
adaugati ceapa
sotati 2 min
adaugati putina apa calda
sotati inca 2 minute, pana ceapa devine transparenta
adaugati ciupercile si amestecati 5 min pe foc
pana scad ciupercile
adaugati ardeiul
adaugati sosul pregatit
amestecati bine 5 min
pana cand sosul se ingroasa
adaugati patrunjelul
adaugati si usturoiul
amestecati si fierbeti inca 5 min
intre timp puteti prepara si mamaliga
