this is me eating my last meal for the
next seven days after my last big meal I
weighed in at 77.1 kilos the first 24
hours were a breeze since the last meal
kept me going but by hour 40 my energy
level started to drop significantly days
three and four were roller coaster rides
I felt bursts of energy
but I also experienced headaches and
backaches and I also soil my pants
that’s too much information to keep
things interesting I tried a different
water brand every day like this black
water brand but it tastes just like
water anyway my sleep was suffering and
I felt exhausted a lot of the time but
by day five I had properly hit ketosis
this meant my body was eating its own
stored fat which gave me energy and
allowed me to continue all the way until
day seven completing the challenge with
this bite being my best oh my God and
