इसमें घी डाल ले कितना डालना है आपकी

चिकन पीसे डालें और हाई हीट में पकाएं गैस

यहां पर हिमालयन पिंक सॉल्ट यूज कर रही
हूं हल्का सा लाल मिर्च पाउडर भी डाल सकते
हैं थोड़ा स्पाइसी बनाने के लिए मिलाए और
फिर ऐड करें क्रीम करीब एक कप या 200 से
250 एएल क्रीम
है फिर डाले कसूरी मेथी और मिला ले अब हाई
हीट पे कुक करें कम से कम 7 से 10 मिनट
बीच-बीच में चलाते रहे ताकि क्रीम बेस में
ना लगे जब ऐसी कंसिस्टेंसी हो जाए तो गैस
बंद कर लें शिफ्ट करें एक बाउल में और
गार्निश के लिए मैं ऊपर से थोड़ी और कसूरी
मेथी और चिल्ली फ्लेक्स डाल रही हूं और अब
यह तैयार है लग रहा है ना डिलीशियस आप
जितना चाहे उतना खा सकते हैं यह एक हाई
प्रोटीन हाई फैट रेसिपी है आपके पेट को
घंटों तक भरा रखेगा फूड क्रे भी नहीं
होंगी आप चाहे तो इस रेसिपी में थोड़े से
मशरूम्स भी ऐड कर सकते हैं बस याद रखें कि
साथ में रोटी या चावल नहीं लेना है
क्योंकि कानेबो डायट एक ग्रेन फ्री डायट
