The best keto & low carb mini bread I have made! Light and spongy tastes great with a variety of fillings! I love this bread for breakfast.

welcome everyone to the ulo keto and
loab channel today we’ll be making keto
and loab mini balloon
bread so straight into the ingredients
we will need 1 cup and a/4 cup of almond
flour with a/4 tpoon of salt straight
into a
mixer now I’m going to add five
tablespoons of pelium husk
powder now I’m going to add a/4 cup of
warm water with 1 tbsp of active bacon
yeast we will also need 1 teaspoon of
baking powder I am also going to add one
tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and
two whole eggs for now I’m going to keep
1 cup of warm water on the side and mix
the ingredients
together after the initial mix we can
see the mixture is somewhat rather runny
so using the water that we left on the
side I’m going to add around 3
tablespoons of water to help the filium
husk to bind and mix
again let’s check on the dough this is
the consistency of the dough that we’re
aiming for it’s quite soft and easy to
work with now I’m going to prepare the
mini balloon bread we can fry them place
them in the oven and even the air
fryer today today I will be frying the
mini bread using the dough that we have
prepared it’s beginning to slightly
inflate taking a section and using my
hands with some slight oil shape the
dough into your desired size of round
rolls and slightly flatten into this
shape like I mentioned today I’ll be
frying using your preferred keto
appropriate oil for me I find this gives
the best taste even when frying it keeps
its shape and doesn’t fall apart keep
turning until golden brown and the mini
bread starts to balloon when ballooned
remove and place onto a kitchen paper
you can see on the paper there’s no oil
as the dough doesn’t absorb any of the
oil leave to the side to cool before
serving our mini balloon bread is now
ready it’s really easy to make and easy
to cut and doesn’t fall part even when
cut it keeps its shape and nice and
spongy of course you can use any filling
today for breakfast I used a mixture of
tuna egg and olive mixture hope you
