We asked our supplier to make brown bread with 100% wheat flour for K noms, but he said it was impossible. Instead, he gave us bread with 70% wheat and 30% maida, which was like a log of wood and tasted horrible. Then he suggested 30% wheat and 70% maida as a healthier option, while some manufacturers use brown coloring and sell it for double the price.

No bread is made without sugar. One kilogram of bread needs 300 grams of sugar for sweet bread and 100 grams for salt bread. This is how healthy breads and so-called healthy brown bread really are.
