this is everything I ate yesterday as
someone who aims to eat 30 gam of
protein per meal but beyond that I don’t
have any restrictions I had some
strawberries that are about to go bad so
I made a little homemade strawberry Chia
Jam it’s just water strawberries and
chia seeds I served that with this
protein yogurt and a little bit of
granola this is slightly under my
breakfast goal but I was craving
something sweet and this really hit the
spot for lunch I made a high protein
version of egg salad so I just mixed my
hard-boiled eggs with some cottage
cheese a little bit of mayo Dijon
mustard chopped pickles I had some black
pepper I had it on sourdough toast a
little extra on the side and some
carrots and hummus I made myself a
little m latte for an afternoon pickme
up I just love iced Matra as the weather
gets warmer for an afternoon snack I had
some of these Heavenly hunks mini bites
and some cheese for dinner I made a sort
of chicken fajita situation on the grill
so I sliced up my peppers and onions I
used this chicken fajita seasoning all
over my chicken breast if you don’t have
a grill pan for your veggies yet this is
the sign to get one you can make a full
meal on the grill it’s so lovely
everyone needs a little grilling
beverage so I had this orange poppy
chicken turned out so good so I sliced
everything up served along with some
corn rice beans a little bit of salsa
guac and then I used Greek yogurt
