I don’t like wasting food but I also don’t love eating the same thing multiple days in a row so here’s what I do with this leftover skinder Kebab that I got at a local Turkish restaurant first I made a jazz dub garlic Mayo because every good meal needs a good sauce then I reheated that skinder Kebab so it was nice and toasty again laid it over some fresh naan added in tomatoes and pickles a couple dollops of that garlic mayo and some fresh parsley then I toast this up in the same pan I used to reheat the meat so that the sandwich bread could soak up all that extra flavor and that’s how I turn leftover Tak go into something I’m excited to eat
