1) Lemon pepper potatoes
 
INGREDIENTS • Cayenne pepper • Salt and pepper • Lemon juice • Large potatoes • 1 cup chicken broth • Lemon zest • Oregano • Parsley   METHOD

Cut the top and bottom end off a potato.
Cut in two halves.
Put them in a bowl full of water to wash away the starch.
Dry the potatoes and add pepper, oregano, salt and cayenne pepper.
Put olive oil in a baking dish and place the potatoes on top with the seasoned side down. Thensprinkle over some more oil and season the top side.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200ºC (400ºF). Take out and turn over each potato slice. Let stand for 10minutes.
Add lemon zest and lemon juice to the chicken broth and mix.
Pour the liquid over the potatoes, add some oregano, salt, and more pepper and bake for 15minutes at 200ºC (400ºF).
Flip the potatoes and bake for 15 more minutes.
Add olive oil and a little parsley.

2) Garlic potatoes in a pan
 
INGREDIENTS Potatoes Salt Butter Rosemary Pepper Chicken stock   METHOD

Peel several potatoes. Cut them into slices of approximately 3 cm, put them in a bowl, add salt and pepper.
Put butter in a pan until melted, add the potato slices until golden brown. Turn them over, add blocks of butter, Rosemary and chicken stock.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200ºC (400ºF).

3) Smiley potatoes
 
INGREDIENTS • 5 potatoes • 1/3 cup Breadcrumbs • 2 tbsp Corn starch • 1/2 tsp Salt • 1 tsp Pepper • 1/4 tsp Paprika • 1/4 tsp cumin powder • Deep-frying oil   METHOD

Boil 5 potatoes. Mash potatoes. Add all ingredients.
Roll out a sheet with a thickness of 1 cm. Squeeze out circles on the sheet with a shape.
Make a tube of the eyes, a spoon with a mouth (smiley). Deep-fry until golden brown
