hi guys welcome to my mini Vlog what I eat in a day to lose my weight it’s day four of 30 days challenge as usual had my morning lemon water went for walk for 1 hour and did cycling for 20 minutes had my breakfast around 11:00 a.m. which is oatmeal with smashed banana and peanut butter around 2:00 p.m. had my lunch which is chapati mutton Curry and sliced onion and around 4:00 p.m. I had buttermilk for dinner around 8:00 p.m. I had one mango I made sure to be hydrated myself with 4 L of water a day yes that’s it for the day see you tomorrow bye
