here is some meal inspo of how to build a healthy and strong body so this what I have pre-workout some peanut butter toast with banana obviously we crushed our workout post-workout I had some egg white and eggs scrambled with some feta and spinach with a strawberry banana smoothie I added some protein as well in there for extra protein and some oats as well for those extra carbs then for lunch I made this chicken pomegranate feta salad it was so delicious finishing off with a tuna pop pasta with feta and Dill spices
