[Music] hi everyone welcome to my channel in today’s video I’m going to share three healthy easy 5 minute breakfast recipes that I’ve been loving lately these recipes are balanced with protein fiber and healthy fats the key to balanced hormones so let’s just get to it I’m starting off with a gut healthy papaya Bowl I’m cutting the papaya in half lengthwise now I’m scooping out all the seeds I’m doing both because I’m keeping one for the second breakfast I’m measuring 1 cup of Greek yogurt it’s about 6 tablespoons I’m filling the center of the papaya half with the Greek yogurt with smaller papayas you may need to cover out more of the center to make room for the creamy goodness a handful of granola now I’m cutting three strawberries into [Music] slices I’m placing the sliced strawberries artfully on top of the Greek yogurt a handful of blueberries which I’m also placing artfully on top of the Greek yogurt the next step is peanut butter I melted 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave for 40 seconds in a microwave safe plate or you can use a microwave safe Bowl I did 30 seconds then 10 seconds but make sure to check the peanut butter every 10 to 15 seconds to avoid overheating as microwaves very Empower one tablespoon of maple syrup and breakfast is ready papaya contains high levels of antioxidants vitamin a c and e it contains a unique digestive enzyme called papan which helps with digestive issues like floating constipation and even IBS it’s rich in fiber and water content it boosts immunity and improves skin health just look at this wow so good for the second breakfast I’m starting off by peeling half of the papaya SK SK with a knife I’m measuring 1 cup of Greek yogurt it’s about 6 [Music] tablespoons I’m scooping the Greek yogurt into a [Music] bowl now I’m adding a handful of fresh Ross Beres to the Greek yogurt to make a raspberry Greek yogurt I’m going to mash the raspberries and mix until it’s well combined to be honest mashing The Raspberries first and then adding the Greek yogurt is significantly quicker I’m cutting the papaya half in half now I’m adding the raspberry Greek yogurt [Music] a handful of plain baked [Music] granola I’m topping the yogurt mixture with a handful of fresh raspberries a handful of blueberries I’m trying to place them artfully on top of the yogurt mixture one strawberry cut into slices [Music] 1 tbspoon of melted peanut [Music] butter 1 tbsp of maple syrup and the papaya sandwich is ready [Music] for the third breakfast I’m starting off by cutting the banana in half length WI [Music] nice I’m scooping 1 cup of Greek yogurt into a bowl I’m adding 1 and A2 teaspoon of vanilla Essence to make vanilla Greek yogurt you can replace the vanilla Essence with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract I’m going to mix until it’s well combined I’m placing the vanilla Greek yogurt on top of the banana [Music] I’m placing a handful of blueberries artfully on top of the vanilla Greek [Music] yogurt a handful of fresh raspberries in the middle I’m adding a handful of granola on top 1 tbsp of melted peanut butter 1 tbspoon of maple syrup [Music] now I’m chopping one block of lint 70% dark chocolate into [Music] chunks I’m placing the dark chocolate chunks on fly on top and breakfast is [Music] [Music] ready look at that wow this looks so delicious okay wow trying to get a little bit of everything M all right so this is the end of this video thank you so much for watching I hope you guys enjoyed this as much as I did please don’t forget to comment like And subscribe and see you in the next one [Music]
