let’s make my 5-year-old’s preschool lunch box together I always start with the source of protein and currently his favorite are curried eggs so I just start with boiled eggs a good quality mayonnaise and then curry powder salt and pepper that is literally it I get so many questions of how I make these so half of this is for my 5-year-old and the other half is for my toddler the next day then I always incorporate some raw veggies and he has recently told me he’s not a fan of baby Bell cheese so noted no more baby Bell cheese and then in the middle I’m adding some low sugar high protein Berry Yogurt with some pumpkin seeds I’ll add this five seed cracker with some avocado tomorrow morning like the morning of preschool otherwise it Go soggy in the fridge two little natural confectionary gummies and then just fresh fruit for his little lunch like recess and this is everything he eats in a day at preschool the only change next week is no baby Bell cheese noted
