Ripe banana: 1 Use a ripe banana ( the browner the sweeter) or add 2 tablespoons of sweetener later on in the dough Mash the banana Shredded coconut: 1/2 cup (you might need a little more) Start adding low fat almond milk little by little I used 1/4 cup The dough is ready (lined and greased tray). Form cookies. This recipe made me 8 cookies Bake at 180 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes
