Ingredients –
4 3/4 cups ( 570g.) all purpose flour.
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons instant active dry yeast.
1 1/4 teaspoon salt.
1/4 cup sugar.
2 large eggs.
1 cup milk.
6 tablespoons unsalted butter softened.
13x5x 4 and 1/2 inches loaf pan
Bake at preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes.
