Banana Stem – 1 small
Small onions – 4
Jeera – 1 tsp
Curry, Coriander leaves.
Salt – 2 pinch ( optional)
Curd – 50 ml ( optional)
Steps
Cut the banana stem and take out the fiber. Refer the below link to see how to cut it..
Put all ingredients in a mixi Jar , add a cup of water and grind. Add salt, curd and grind again.
Stain it as shown in the video.
This juice can be taken weekly 4 times for weight loss. It removes the excess water in the body.
