INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Cup Poha
Pour In Blender
Blend Smooth
¼ Cup Gram Flour/Besan
¼ Cup Suji/Semolina
Mix
2 Cup Water
Mix Well
½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
½ Tsp Pepper Powder
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Ajwain
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
Mix Well
1 Tbsp Oil
½ Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Garlic
1 Tsp Ginger
1 Green Chilli
Cook For 30 Sec.
1 Grated Potato
A Pinch Of Salt
Cook For 2 Min.
Pour Batter
Keep Stirring
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Grease Oil
Pour
Spread Well
Cool Down For 30 Min.
Cut Into Pieces
Fry In Medium Heat
Fry Until Golden Brown
