here’s what I eat in a day for intermittent fasting my eating window starts at 10:00 a.m. and I started off with a big bowl of watermelon really Cooling and hydrating a great start to the morning for breakfast I ate ragi Dosa with guess what Chutney this is Loi bottle gy Chutney an invention of mine that I’m really proud of for lunch at 1:00 p.m. I had samay millets instead of rice and had palak Dal and jira raita blessing the food and all the people responsible for this food reaching my plate today and then we start eating as you can see I’m a big fan of leafy vegetables cooked in dals my intermittent fasting eating window ends at 7:00 p.m. and for dinner at 6:30 p.m. I ate tind subzi grilled paneer and Roti we make this paneer at home with A2 milk and I love it and that’s all for today folks let’s stay happy and healthy
