Air Fried Chicken Skewers, covered in garlic honey butter, couldn’t be any easier.

Recipe:
4-5 chicken thigh fillets, cut into 2cm pieces
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp smoked paprika
3/4 tsp oregano
2 tbsp chipotle paste
1 tsp salt
Pepper
A squeeze of lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil

25g salted butter
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1-2 tsp runny honey
Spray vegetable oil
1. Combine the chicken thigh pieces, spices, chipotle, seasoning, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix and marinade for at least 15 minutes, ideally for a couple of hours.
2. Meanwhile, combine the butter and garlic in a saucepan.
Cook gently for a couple of minutes before adding the parsley, honey, stirring and setting aside.
3. Make sure your wooden skewers fit inside your air fryer.
Trim them to make them fit if not.
1. Thread the chicken onto the skewers. I made 4 but it depends on the size of the thighs.
2. Oil the base of the air fryer, preheat to 200c. Add the chicken thighs and spray with a little more oil. Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
3. Allow to rest for a couple of minutes before topping with the warm garlic.
