here’s everything I had today I started the day off with Greek yogurt and trail mix I had my usual protein shake for lunch I got chipotle I did my usual big bowl of salad I also got a side tortilla and guac and I made little tacos I used to eat Chipotle like this all the time and it was my favorite way after work I went on a 3 and 1 half mile walk when I got home I ate five pieces of kop I only had a few pieces cuz I wanted to save room for this big salad that I made it has Korean chicken croutons tons of Parmesan and then to finish off my day I had two oranges
