In 2021 I decided to change my priorities and start taking care of my health. A year of self care healthcare. I quickly lost 32lbs – 14.5kgs with intermittent fasting and have kept it off by eating only fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds and beans.

I’m almost 57, and living proof it’s possible to feel amazing and become lean and strong at any age. I’m here to share my story and help anyone else in need of a little self care inspiration.

let me show you what I’ve got for breakfast today plant-based only making sure that I get plenty of wibbly wobbly protein I hear lots of people saying that fruit is bad for you because it’s full of sugar but I eat a lot of fruit because it’s full of fiber and of course really importantly vitamins I lost 32 pounds in about 3 months and I’ve managed to keep it off for over 3 years eating lots of fruit so don’t be scared of it today I’m having a garli melon some passion fruit a banana and the juiciest of peaches for extra protein I’m adding some tahini which is sesame seed paste some pistachios and some hazelnuts plus some silk and tofu which is basically tasteless custard breakfast like this will keep you feeling Fuller for longer completely satiated and of course it’s keeping your microbiome really really happy with all of that lovely plant fiber for it to munch on M
