I had these walnuts brought to me by a dear friend straight from Kashmir and after wondering for a long time I thought why not crush them open Blitz it for about two to three times dry roasted and add a little Rosemary black pepper corns beay Leaf Kashmir chilies and some refined oil I simmered it for about 45 to 50 minutes and after straining it I had my walnut oil ready now I used it to make some velvety alolo pasta but it can also be used as a salad dressing or to even make a strong flavorful hummus [Music]
