INGREDIENTS:
* Ragi flour – 1.5 tsp
* Soaked cashew( 6 pieces ) and seedless dates (2 ) you can also replace cashews with overnight soaked almonds
* Cinnamon stick – 1/2 inch
* Rock salt ( pinch )
* chopped apple – 1
* Chia seeds – 1 tsp
* Flax seeds – 1tsp
* Water
METHOD:
1. Soak cashews and seedless dates for 15 min in a water or you can also replace cashews with overnight soaked almonds
2. In a bowl take 1.5 tsp ragi flour and add 1/4 cup water , mix well so that no Lumps in it
3. Take a pan, add 1 cup water and allow to warm
4. Once the water is warm, add cinnamon stick, pinch of rack salt and ragi mix to it
5. Let this mixture boil for 10 to 12 min in a medium flame
6.once done allow ragi ganji to cool completely
7. in a mixer, add soaked cashews , dates along with chopped apple, Chia seeds, falx seed and also completely Cooled ragi ganji and blend t all together until it form smoothie ( add water if required )
8. transfer smoothie to bowl and top it with seeds and nuts of your choice and enjoy healthy ragi Smoothie
