Garlic Veg Clear Soup
This is healthy , tasty , simple recipe
Ingredients
Carrot : Beans : cabbage – 3 tbs , each,finely chopped
Onion: Garlic -1 tbs ,each, finely chopped
Ghee -1/2 tsp
Jeera -1 tsp
Pepper powder -1/4 tsp
Salt -1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves
Steps
In 2 cups of water add beans, after a minute add Carrot,after a minute add cabbage,mix well close and cook for 3 minutes
Stain,and separate vegetables and cooked water
In ghee fry jeera and add onion,garlic and fry in low flame for a minute,add cooked vegetables and fry for a minute
Add Veg stock water and a cup of water,salt,pepper powder.once it boils take out a cup of vegetables and grind it to a paste
Add this paste to soup.Once it boils add coriander leaves.
This makes 4 cups of soup
