hello my name is manfred and welcome to my kitchen today we’re going to make a really hearty delicious sandwich that you can serve called the tex mex turkey sandwich oh and this is so delicious it has the mayo the turkey slices ham slices some monterey jack cheese with the jalapeno mmm delicious then you got the havarti cheese some tomatoes olives cilantro fresh red onion and a couple of slices of the sourdough bread because we’re using that for the flavor today the first thing you always do in the kitchen is wash the hands because when you’re out there in the public and you’re moving around and they’re moving around you know you don’t know what you’ll be touching and they be touching so make sure that you wash the hands well and at the same time make certain that you clean the fingernails because you use the fingernails all the time when you’re in the kitchen okay manfred know that today’s uh there’s a big game on on the tv so he’s got the friend coming over the the tech guy and and we’re going to watch the tv so he says hey let’s uh make the sandwich for him so to get ready manfred have pre-prepared for the sandwich because you know when you’re making the things oh look at how fast this comes out oh yes it’s the break in the game and men freed during the break in the game wants to get this that was a little noisy wants to get this ready right away so he set these out of the way the first thing back here let’s get the plate oh today we’re going to use the nice green plate now we have the sourdough bread manfred have two slices left over but the sour dough can come in many many different shapes the round ones like this different flavors of the sourdough or it can come in the smaller loaf like this or the larger one today we got the larger sandwich pieces left over now you can see the manfred have put these aside so out come the sourdough just like that in the garbage let back here let’s get the oh that almost fall off let’s get the knife okay first of all the mayo take the lid off with the mayonnaise you’d think that demand freed would have easier than that you know yeah take the mail and put it on right to the edges can you see that that’s it now this is quick remember you do the pre-prep like manfred does here it only takes maybe five minutes in the morning before the friends get here and you can take the break when they’re showing the the uh commercial in the game you can do this that’s it get it ready very quickly put that on there the mayo can go back in the fridge afterwards let’s set the bread right there if you can read we can do it we got the mayo okay the turkey slice open this up notice manfred have the these all pre-wrapped oh that’s good this do not recycle it has been on the meat in the garbage okay we put this turkey slice on the one side we got the ham slice oh this is gonna be a delicious one we got the two-piece ham here the ham go on the other side that one’s done into the sink it can wash again there we are now the next one we get out are the cheeses this is how quick this is oh delicious we have the monterey jack with the jalapeno now man and fruit showed can you see that a good shot can you see the jalapeno in there okay let’s put that on the one side the other piece we got is the havarti cheese let’s put that on the other side oh into the garbage again do not recycle those oh this is very quick now we want to put the tomato slices on manfred have pre-cut the tomatoes so here we are oh let’s take it there’s one oh there’s two oh three oh this is the oh this is going to be the good uh sandwich into the uh garbage again now we want the olives manfred have the black olive back here get the small knife just cut the olive just like that into the small piece keep the the fingers back that’s it so you don’t get the cut oh yes now let’s just place them on here there we are oh this is going to be so delicious oh we need some more oh yeah yes and you know while you’re doing this maybe uh you can holler at hey how’s the game going in there you know because uh they have the commercial and uh oh everybody hungry there we are that’s quick just like that that can go back into the fridge now we’ve got uh the olives the red onion slice okay let’s take these off this is going to be so delicious there’s one let’s take this just cut this down like that on there oh look at this this is so quick and delicious there we are a little bit of the fresh cilantro just take the handful like this pull that off just like that let’s put it in the water rinse it off very very good back here we get the cloth set the cilantro down into cloth just like that always stick to the fingers when it’s wet ah that’s it there we are put that over dry that off just like that that’s how quick it is now take the scissors back here take the dried cilantro and just cut it into the sandwich just like that oh yeah don’t worry if a little runs over the edge because uh it’ll be very very delicious that’s it ah that’s good enough just throw the rest on into the sink to be washed this is going to be washed later also there we are what do we got left the red onion the cilantro the hey that’s it take this put it right over top like that now just leave that for the second we’re going to wash this we’re going to wash this these can go in the the sink these two back into the fridge oh that’s how quick it is there it is we can use this to clean off the countertop there let’s get the knife back here with the serrations and just gently cut that that sourdough bread have the flavor of the sour dough that’s why they call it sourdough bread hey there you are i can get back to the man fred can get back to the game with the friend the oh no the tech guy is over and the camera girl she shared
