Recipe :

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds – optional
1/2 cup flaxseeds – optional
2 tsp monk fruit sweetener or any zero calorie sweetener
3 to 6 tbsp coconut oil melted adjust as needed
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Toast the oats walnuts, pumpkin seeds & flaxseed by spreading them on a baking sheet and baking for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.

In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine the toasted oats, walnuts, sweetener , cinnamon spice,. Blend until smooth and
creamy.
If desired, add melted coconut oil to achieve a pourable consistency.
Transfer the granola butter to a jar and store it in the pantry
Enjoy it on whole grain toast, drizzled over low fat yogurt, or as a dip or in a smoothie !
