Ingredients:
– 1 slice (40g) whole grain bread
– 2 oz (56g) smoked salmon
– 1/4 avocado (50g), mashed
– 3 egg whites (100g), scrambled
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Toast the whole grain bread. 🍞
2. Spread the mashed avocado on the toast and season with salt and pepper. 🥑
3. Top with smoked salmon. 🐟
4. Place the scrambled egg whites on top of the salmon. 🍳
