In today’s video I made my breakfast !!! Here’s how to make it

📖📏 RECIPE :

– 1 egg

– 2 egg whites

– 1 piece of bread

– 2 tbs of oatly cream cheese

– chobani yogurt (1 and a half cups)

– mixed berries (1/2 cup)

– 1 cup milk w/ vital protein collagen

🤔👩🏼‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS :

– whisk your egg and egg whites with a little bit of milk

– cook that on the stove while your bread is toating

-spread cream cheese on toasted bread

-get a bowl of yogurt and add berries (optional)

– pour milk and collagen in a cup and microwave 1 min

-enjoy!

[Music] let’s make breakfast together whenever you’re making a meal try to balance it between protein which is the eggs and egg whites then make sure you have a carb for me I’m using toast and also make sure you have a healthy fat whether it’s avocado cream cheese just something that’s a healthy fat and that is enjoyable for you so here’s my piece of bread red and then I put this cream cheese on it it tastes like frosting but it’s really good for a little more protein I like to make a little yogurt Bowl I flavor mine with like the little Kool-Aid things squeezies and then yeah so I plated that on up added a little more yogurt and then made some chocolate milk it’s just collagen and milk then some syrup and that’s it bye
