Ingredients: 3 tortillas, 2 avocados, 1 tomato, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ lemon, ¼ onion, abit of olive oil, a bit of cilantro
Instructions:
1.Cut the tortillas in half, roll them into cone shapes
2.Use wooden skewers to hold the edges in place
3.Brush with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes.
4.Finely chop the tomato, onion, and cilantro
5.Peel the avocados, remove the pits, and then mash them until smooth
6.Mix the mashed avocados with lemon juice, salt, onion and tomato
7.Top the baked tortilla cones with guacamole
8.Then add cheese and chopped cilantro to finish.
