hi everyone Namaste today I’ll be sharing a healthy Sprout sandwich recipe which you can have it for breakfast lunch dinner and also pack them for school lunch box to prepare the filling for the sandwich heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil half a teaspoon jira seeds once is spatter add in 1 cup chopped [Music] onion half a teaspoon turmeric powder half a teaspoon Cor vender powder half a teaspoon chili powder half a teaspoon jera powder fry them on a medium flame and once the onions have softened add in half cup chopped tomatoes 1 cup Mo Sprouts salt as per taste stir them well allow to cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes and once all the spices are well combined off the flame allow to cool take two slices of bread spread butter on each side of the bread place a slice of bread on the plate on the butter side slowly add in the mixture spread them evenly and now top it up with the other layer of the bread slightly toast them on a tawawa or a griller and now we have our delicious sandwich ready which you can have it with juice for breakfast and now for packing school lunches here I’ll be packing Sprout sandwich along with wax Apple and that’s all for today thanks for watching
