here’s everything I had today I started with scrambled eggs sausage and avocado I had my sh protein shake for lunch I made steak kebabs peppers and onions and I also had some rice this is one of my favorite lunches to make cuz it’s super easy and always delicious when I got home I had some Greek yogurt and trail mix for dinner I started with a Caesar salad I packed a full of Parmesan and croutons and then I made spaghetti and meatballs and this was super filling and I didn’t eat anything else the rest of the day
