I broke my intermittent fasting eating window at 10:00 a.m. with a glass of watermelon juice made this with fresh watermelon mint and lemon very refreshing for breakfast it was veggie POA Tod it with some buia and ate it with Harry chutney for lunch we had to add some healthy protein so it was paneer Biryani I started adding a small bowl with coal to my Biryani pots and this gives the Biryani a beautiful delicious Aroma and always has the guest asking me if we order this biryani from outside had this biryani with some har Chutney and jira raita I’ve also started adding vegetables like cauliflower beans and carrots to my paneer Biryani makes it that much tastier and healthier for dinner at 6 p both my husband n and I weren’t really hungry so I decided to put my creative hat on and come up with a fun salad I quickly chopped up a mango cucumbers red and yellow capsicum then in a bowl I mix some lemon juice olive oil salt pepper and grated garlic I mixed this dressing poured it over the salad base added some chopped coriander leaves and then the magic ingredient roasted and lightly crushed peanuts mix all of this together and now the taste test oh my goodness it tasted so good this recipe is going to be repeated multiple times do you also like fun and healthy salads let me know
