1/4 cup milk
100 gm no fat Greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp chia seeds
Garnishing : banana slices, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, chocolate chips

Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients
35 gm Rolled oats
60 gm chopped and peeled apples
1/4 cup milk
80 gm no fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
Garnishing : apple slices, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, cranberries
