Blueberry Overnight oats | Healthy Breakfast or just snacks!

Ingredients:
160g oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
300 ml oat milk ( milk of your choice )
1 tablespoon honey (any sweetener of your choice )
1/2 cup plain yogurt ( i used Greek plain natur yogurt )

mix well and keep in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

Layer:
1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries ( place in blender and mix )
1/2 lemon juice
2 Tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water to dissolve
cook until the mixture thicken

* Add 1 Tablespoon honey or any sweetener if you think not sweet enough ( optional )

Pour in glass.
Alternate layer the overnight oats mixture and the blueberry jam.
