I’m pretty proud of my omelette wrap to be honest. I make this all the time and it’s a husband-approved dish 😌 he never gets tired of it!

Omelette:
– 2 eggs
– dash of any milk
– pinch of salt, pepper, & paprika/chilli powder
– sprinkles of spices (I used oregano)
– 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

Veggie stir fry:
– Mushrooms, Spring Onions, Tomatoes
– Salt & Pepper
– Spices (I used oregano)

Wrap:
– Multigrain wrap
– Handful of fresh arugula
– Half an avocado topped with lemon juice & paprika
