Simple, healthy and delicious is the only way to describe this Almond Apple Quinoa Salad. Sliced apples are layered over a spinach and quinoa base, topped by almonds, cranberries and feta cheese. Completing this light salad is a sprinkling of Tata Salt Rock Salt for a lip-smacking flavour.

Ingredients:-
Almond: 20 grams
Quinoa: 1 cup
Tata Salt Rock Salt: 2 teaspoons
Feta cheese: 100 grams
Spinach: 50 grams
Dried cranberries: 15 grams
Granny Smith Apple: 2
Raspberry vinaigrette: 60 ml

Method of Preparation
– Boil quinoa, make slivered almond and toast them
– Slice apple and crumble feta cheese
– Than in mixing bowl, mix all ingredients including dried cranberries and raspberry vinaigrette
– Serve it.
