Overnight Oats meal prep for breakfast!
Ingredeints:
1/3 cup fresh Blueberries
1/2 cup rolled oats ( each glass serving )
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon maple syrup ( any sweetener of your chice )
1 Tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 cup milk ( any milk of your choice )
1/4 cup blueberry puree
Mix well and keep in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Toppings:
Chopped almonds
Fresh bluerries
Enjoy!
