They are very chewy and perfect for absorbing the flavour of any sauce! My whole recipe is super simple to whip up and will take less than 10 minutes to make.
I am also adding some tofu ( you can add chickpeas, boiled chana or sprouts) to add a bump of protein to this tasty noodle dish.
