This light, healthy salmon salad is the perfect quick and easy dinner recipe that will keep you full and is packed with healthy ingredients. By making a homemade raspberry dressing, you’re eliminating unnecessary added ingredients store bought dressings have, without giving up any flavor!

What you’ll need:
– Salad of your choice
– Salmon
– Carrots
– Tomatoes
– Pepitas
– Sunflower seeds
– Beets

For the dressing:
– Raspberries
– Olive oil
– Honey

For the salmon, cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

To make the dressing, put raspberries in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds then stir. Strain out the seeds if you’d like. Then add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and as much honey as you like. Mix it all together. When the salmon is finished, add it to your salad, then add in your dressing.
