Ingredients:
• 120-140 grams of ground meat
• 1 chili pepper
• 1 onion
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 2 pita breads (or tortillas or lavash)
• 20 grams of pizza cheese (or mozzarella)
Spices:
• Salt, black pepper, red pepper, and curry powder
Recipe:

Dice the onion and sauté in a pan for 2 minutes. Add a little salt.

Add the ground meat and the remaining spices, mixing well until the meat turns brown.

Add the green chili pepper and tomato paste, mixing well.
4.
Add a little boiling water to the pan, cover, and let it cook for 5-8 minutes until the meat sauce is ready.

Transfer the meat sauce to a plate and place one pita bread in the pan.

Spread the meat sauce over the bread and then sprinkle some pizza cheese on top.

Cover the pan, turn on the stove, and set it to low heat.

Wait until the cheese melts, then add another bread on top and cover the pan again for 1 minute.

You can flip the dish to make both sides crispy and crunchy.
