Goli Muthiya
Ingredients
1 Cup – Fresh Methi Fine Chopped
3/4 Cup – Fresh Spinach Chopped
3/4 Cup – Green Garlic Chopped
1/4 Cup – Coriander Leaves Chopped
1 Cup – Coarse Wheat Flour
1 Cup – Coarse Besan Flour
1 tsp – Ajwain
1/2 tsp – Hing
1/2 tsp – Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp – Sugar
1 tbsp – Peanut Oil
2 tbsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
1/4 tsp – Baking Soda
1 tsp – Lemon Juice
2-3 tbsp – Water
Method:
Take Big Vessel and Put above ingredients and Mix Properly with Hand
Take a Steamer and Let Boil the Water inside then in above Mixture Baking Soda and Lemon Juice Mix Properly and add little water and Grease Hand with Oil n make small ball size Muthiya and Steam For 12-15 min
Chutney:
Ingredients:
1 Cup – Coriander Leaves
4-5 no – Spinach Leaves
15-20 – Mint Leaves
2 no – Less Spicy Chilli
3-4 no – Spicy Chilli
1-2 no – Garlic
1/2 inch – Ginger
1/2 no – Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp – Jeera
1 tbsp – Sugar
2 no – Ice Cube
1/4 Cup – Besan Sev or Farsaan
Method:
Take a Mixture Jar add above ingredients,Grind it lastly add besan Sev or Farsaan , Grind little Coarse and Serve with Muthiya.
Tadka:
Ingredients:
2+21/2 tbsp – Oil
2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
2 no – Green Chilli
Curry Leaves
2 tsp – White Sesame
Pinch – Hing
Method:
Make Tadka using above ingredients and Put above steam Goli Muthiya and Mix Properly
Serve with the Above Chutney.
