470 Cals, 25g Carbs, 22g Fat, 57g Protein

✳️ Ingredients for Patties:
12oz 96% Lean Ground Beef
2g or 1tsp Salt
2g or 1tsp Paprika
2g or 1tsp Garlic Powder

✳️ Ingredients for Filling:
6 Center Cut Bacon Slices, Cooked
4 Thinly Sliced American Cheese Slices (I used Sargento)
30mL or 2tbsp Lighter than Light Mayo
Sugar Free Ketchup to Taste

✳️ Ingredients for Buns:
2 Low Calorie Buns (I used 50 cal Sam’s Choice keto ones)

✳️ Directions:
1. Preheat pan or grill to medium heat.
2. Grab mixing bowl. Add ingredients for patties. Mix thoroughly. Form into 4 3oz patties.
3. Cook patties on medium for 4 minutes on each side. Add 4 thinly sliced American cheese (I used Sargento) to each patty for the last 2 minutes.
4. Assemble sandwich. Grab ingredients for buns and add one cooked patty to each bottom bun. Grab 3 center cut bacon slices, cooked and distribute them among both patties. Repeat this process again.
5. Add 15mL or 1tbsp lighter than light mayo and sugar free ketchup to taste to each sandwich. Top with top bun. Then enjoy!
