Ingredients:
-1 lb Raw Chicken Breast (454g)
-1 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt (240g)
-4 oz Reduced-Fat Cream Cheese (113g)
-4 tsp Ranch Seasoning
-4 Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
-2 tsp Paprika
-1 tsp Garlic Powder
-1 tsp Onion Powder
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1/2 tsp Black Pepper
-1 Cup Reduced-Fat Mexican Blend Cheese (112g)
Instructions:
1.) Season and air fry chicken at 365°F for 12–14 min; rest and shred.
2.) Mix yogurt, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chipotle, and paprika.
3.) Fold in chicken and most of the cheese.
4.) Divide into 2 containers, top with remaining cheese.
5.) Air fry at 350°F for 6–10 min until melted; cool slightly.
6.) 1 serving = half a container.
